Shipping policy

**All orders are taken in the order they are received.

**Once your order is placed an invoice receipt will be sent to you via email you used at the time of checkout.

**Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 days unless it is a order for a custom design we will be in contact with you with information on duration of time and delivery.

**if you receive your item and it is damaged please contact us via phone or email right away so we can repair or replace your item once proof is shown.

** all packages will include a tracking number so in thee event you do not receive your package please contact us right away so we can dispute this issue or issue a refund.
