Question: How do I select an item and place it into my shopping cart ?

Answer: simply select the item or items of your choice along with size/color choice and it will be automatically added into your cart. Please see our size chart on each item prior to selecting and checking out .

Question: Do you accept credit/or debit?

Answer: Our system is set up properly to accept all major credit/debit cards on stripe  . You can also complete your payment  through PayPal .

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer : All  orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed. Delivery normally takes up to 6-7 days depending upon your location but tracking will be provided. You also have the option to add faster delivery on your package but charges will vary please email us at [email protected] with your request or on our page.

Question: I was checking out and my system failed, will I be charged twice?

Answer: In the event this happens please rest  assure that no transaction goes through until your windows are up and properly running. However if you are charged we will quickly fix this issue and refund you any additional money that wasn’t meant to be spent.

Question : I have sensitive skin, are your products safe?

Answer: All of our accessories especially jewelry was made and bought with all of our customer in mind. We sell a wide range of products ranging from 14kt covered pieces to costume pieces made lead, and alloy free to ensure safety.
